Frequently asked questions about airport and rail transfers.

Q: How can I make reservation through your company?

A: It couldn’t be easier. As soon as we receive your request, we will email you directly with our taxi / minibus / coach / bus rate. On acceptance of our rate, we will send you written confirmation of your reservation.

Q: Is a deposit required?

A: We generally ask for a small deposit, which is at our company’s discretion.

Q: How do we know where the Viaggi Gardena vehicle is on arrival?

A: Our driver will wait for you with a personal sign with your name and destination on it.

Q: How do we get in touch with you whilst we are travelling?

A: Should you need to contact us for any reason, we are contactable 24 hours a day, through our office number 0039 0471 795150 (or 0471 795150 within Italy), where there will be an English speaking person available to take your call.

Q: We have often thought that private transfers are expensive, how do you calculate your rates?

A: We offer our clients rates according to the number of people travelling – e.g. 1 – 3 persons  / 4 – 6 persons / 7 - 8 persons. For our larger vehicles, we also offer rates depending on group numbers and the size of bus / coach.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept for the transfer?

A: We accept payment by cash, bank transfer and credit card (with a small handling fee). We will ask for confirmation of how you would like to pay at the time of booking.

Q: Are your vehicles able to take ski luggage?

A: All our vehicles are specially equipped with ski carriages (for taxis, minibuses and buses).

Q: Are child seats available on your transport?

A: Yes, we can provide child seats for our clients. Please reserve them through us at the time of booking our services.

Q: What happens if our plane / train is delayed.

A: When you book our services, we will give you our office number so that you can advise us if there is a delay. The first 30 minutes of waiting time are included, thereafter, there is an hourly supplement charge which is made at the driver’s discretion.

Q:We have travelled to Selva many times by organised means – now we want to travel with a small group of friends on our own from either Innsbruck, Brescia or Bergamo. Can you organise this for us?

A:We arrange airport transfers for clients arriving in Brescia and / or Bergamo airports and also for clients arriving in Innsbruck or Munich airport, especially now with flights from Ryanair and EasyJet. If you are coming for a long weekend, why not let us organise your airport transfer to Selva and the Dolomites - this way, you maximise your skiing time!

Q: We come to the Dolomites regularly in the summer for trekking and walking. Are you able to organise summer transfers and excursions?

A: The Dolomites is a beautiful walking and hiking area and we organise day excursions within the area and also further afield. Airport and rail transfers are also part of our summer service to our clients.
